Frequently Asked Questions...

How should my bra fit?
A bra that fits perfectly does not bulge, pinch, or bind. A well-fit bra will sit nicely against the area between the breast, against the ribcage and underneath the breasts.

How do I know if a bra is too small?
A bra that is too small bulges under arms and above the cups indicating a larger cup size is needed.

How do I know if a bra is too big?
A bra that is too big will not fit firmly around your rib cage and will not offer any support.

How do I buy a bra that fits?
If you are nursing and the bra that you are currently wearing fits correctly, and is comfortable, order that size. If you are unsure of the size that you need, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Measure just under your arms, making sure the measuring tape is straight across your back. The tape should be pulled tight. If your measurement is an odd number, round up to the next even number. This is your band size, _____ inches.
Step 2: Measure your chest at the fullest part of your breast, _____ inches.
Step 3: Subtract measurement 1 from measurement 2. Use this number and the chart below to find your cup size. (Measurements are in inches)

2 to 2 ½ = B2 ½ to 3 ½ = C
3 ½ to 4 ½ = D
4 ½ to 5 = E
5 to 6 = F
6 to 7 = G

Remember, within 2 weeks from your due date, to re-measure for your nursing bra.
